Bailey currently holds an LPC-IT license and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She also has several experiences that make her a well-rounded support for others from ages 5-75. Bailey has worked in Mental Health Case Management where she has provided services for families and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has also worked with children in the primary school setting as well as with young adults while teaching undergraduate classes at Indiana University.
Bailey believes that therapy is not a ‘one size fits all' approach. She recognizes that the individual is the expert in their own life, and therefore, her approach is to walk alongside each person to provide a validating, empathic and nonjudgmental space for care. With that, Bailey tailors each session to the individual’s goals while leaning into various modalities and training that may include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Polyvagal Therapy, and/or Mindfulness and Person Centered therapy. Life and our experiences are all relative, and Bailey values the idea of, ‘if it's important to you, it's important’. Therefore, it is vital to hold space to work through life’s various coexisting moving parts in support of our overall wellness.
