Graceann Baldenko
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults navigating relationship and family conflict, emotional regulation, ADHD, life transitions, and the weight of stress, OCD, anxiety, and depression.
Meaningful change, I believe, begins with understanding ourselves and our relationships. That belief shapes everything about how I work with you — as an empathetic supporter who is committed to empowering your healing. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, stronger connections, and the tools you need to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
Integrity, alongside a systemic and relational lens, are the core of how I practice. I'm passionate about creating a safe, open environment, one where healing, growth, and the rediscovery of self are not only possible but celebrated. Every person who chooses this path deserves to have their courage honored, and that's something I carry into every session.
To support your healing and growth, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, relational life therapy, and structural family therapy. My style is compassionate and collaborative, and tailored to each individual, couple, and family. Whether the work is about gaining insight into relational patterns, developing effective coping strategies, or building on your existing strengths, the goal is always to help you feel empowered to achieve meaningful change.
My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about human relationships and the ways people heal through connection. Witnessing the resilience of people navigating difficult life transitions deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care, the kind that recognizes the unique challenges each person faces.
Authenticity matters to me, and so does meeting you where you are. I bring humor when it's appropriate and a down-to-earth approach to each session, so you can feel comfortable as we work together toward your goals.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, taking time for self-care, trying new coffee shops and crafts, spending time with loved ones, and finding opportunities for relaxation and reflection.
