My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My counseling style is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals to support their healing and growth. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
I specialize in trauma therapy, PTSD treatment, anxiety and OCD treatment, and substance use/addiction. I have additional experience working with survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence and human trafficking. I have recently obtained my credential as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP).
