Lori Beth Goldman, LLC
If you're a college student- or preparing to leave college and step into the next chapter of your life, I would love to support you. I provide a candid and non-judgmental space for you to explore who you are and what's most important to you. I support you to stay true to yourself while navigating the pressures of family, friends and academics and college life.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with college students and young adults, and it remains one of the greatest joys of my work. I am direct, genuine, collaborative, and deeply curious about your experience.
My approach blends therapy, coaching, and mentorship. Together, we’ll work on building healthy relationships, communicating more effectively, navigating conflict, managing stress, and making decisions about your future with greater confidence.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by academic pressures, struggling in relationships, questioning your path, or trying to figure out who you are and what matters most to you, I offer a supportive space to gain clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
