Hi I am a believer that life is workable. Hard? Yes. Challenging? For sure. Therapy offers a place to be heard, to learn skills and develop a deep sense of self trust and belief in one's ability to make a full and fulfilling life. Adults love to say college is the "best time of your life" but that adage misses how deeply challenging this time in life actually feels: making friends, finding your career, leaving home, fitting in - - to say nothing of academic challenges. Therapy can help make the transition to a new school, the development of an independant self as well as navigating how to work with and understand friendships, relationships and drugs and alcohol.
