I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, body image concerns, perfectionism, and trauma using evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy - Enhanced for Eating Disorders, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Family-Based Therapy. In conjunction with these treatments, I also incorporate mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques into treatment.
My style is direct, supportive, and rooted in the belief that therapy should increase your self-efficacy. Whether we’re targeting anxiety, body image distress, OCD, or a mix, I’ll meet you with warmth and an evidence-based approach to help you lead the life you want to live!
