Many college students feel overwhelmed trying to balance school, relationships, family expectations, and their own wellbeing. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, past trauma, ADHD challenges, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step. You don’t have to handle it alone.
I’m Tammy Wilson, founder of Resilience Counseling & Play Therapy, a group practice with a team of therapists and counseling interns who work with children, teens, and adults. I primarily work with adults and children who want a supportive place to process life stress, difficult experiences, and major transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. Some students prefer talking things through, while others benefit from experiential approaches such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral strategies, or sandtray therapy to explore thoughts and emotions that are hard to put into words.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
