- Pre-Licensed Professionals
I use a relational, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed approach that helps clients understand patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in navigating anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood, challenged, and supported.
I am an MHC-LP with clinical experience in private practice, inpatient, and hospital settings. I earned my M.Ed. and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, as well as a B.S. in Cognitive Psychology from Vanderbilt University. My training has helped me develop a thoughtful, adaptable, and clinically grounded foundation.
