My intention as a psychotherapist is to create a safe and supportive environment in which people can learn and share more about themselves, and in so doing, ease their suffering and create possibilities of positive movement and change in their lives. I am grounded in a relational and psychodynamic approach. This means that I am attuned to building a respectful interactive relationship, and that I bring an awareness of the deep impact of the past on people's present lives. My practice is diverse, with a specialization in trauma focused psychotherapy. Other areas of expertise are the treatment of depression, grief and loss, anxiety, relational issues, emotional regulation, and difficulties with family of origin.
Hello and welcome! I'm glad you're here. As a clinical social worker in Massachusetts (LICSW) and Florida (LCSW), I am passionate about working with adult clients of all backgrounds. I particularly enjoy helping individuals find their footing during major life transitions. Whether you are transitioning from high school to college, navigating health challenges, or experiencing relationship or employment changes, I'm happy to provide an honest, collaborative space for fostering growth!
I am a clinical social worker with over thirty years experience using a wide range of evidence based therapeutic interventions to facilitate improvement in anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and every day stressors in children, teens, and young adults.
Hi, I work with people who feel stressed out or who are having reactions to difficult or traumatic experiences. I especially enjoy helping people process experiences unique to the LGBTQIA+ community. I have over 15 years of experience and specialized training in EMDR (a treatment for trauma) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Working with me feels like a collaborative conversation where I provide warmth and compassion as we strive to better understand the things that have been weighing you down. I work with people who are 18 years and older.

On the surface you're all calm and put together, but underneath you're questioning how your life is panning out. Sure, you've got great ambition and have come really far. Things may even be pretty good right now. But the memories of your difficult past and anxieties about the future never quite go away. Feeling not good enough, doubting your abilities, and feeling stuck have become an everyday experience that you'd rather do without. I use an attachment, nervous system, and trauma informed lens to help you understand how experiences have shaped you so far and find more space for kindness and courage within for growth and evolution. Imagine going about your day feeling compassionate towards yourself, confident in handling whatever life throws at you, and courageous in taking new actions towards your goals. I fully believe that living with more ease, self esteem, and satisfaction is available to you and will be the natural result of you paying more attention to your inner experiences. Certified in both IFS and EMDR, I help clients that experience anxiety, depression, trauma including PTSD and C-PTSD, and relationship issues find new ways of relating to themselves and others. I conveniently see clients online via teletherapy. Head over to my website (www.WellofWisdomTherapy.com) to schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation today.
Anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders ARE treatable. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions when fear, panic, and OCD interfere with daily functioning and longer-term progress. With compassion and experience, I aim to empower you to overcome obstacles, develop resilience, and achieve emotional well-being. I use evidence-based treatments of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), as well as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help you experience symptom relief and work toward future goals. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, recognizing the immense physical and emotional challenges that accompany pregnancy, motherhood, and menopause. Having raised three children of my own (ages 17, 21, and 23), I have developed a mature perspective on problem-solving and empowering other women toward strength and adaptability. I offer support to parents around parenthood, raising young children and teenagers, and approaching and managing “empty” nests. I also have experience working with children and adolescents struggling with acute anxiety. I hold an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and am pursuing my Master’s degree in Social Work at Boston College. I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those around me and have a long-standing dedication to community and volunteer work.
My name is Nicole... I am an independently licensed clinical social worker in Massachusetts. I have 16 years of mental health experience and have worked with individuals across the lifespan. I enjoy working with individuals in their teen years and upward. Each individual‘s needs are different and tailored as such in sessions. Therapy approaches include CBT and a strength based approach. I aim to offer a comfortable and safe space to talk about and heal from the difficult things that may lead an individual to therapy. Sessions are structured around individual's emotional needs and helping people find their path in life. This is a virtual practice and I aim to provide flexibility in scheduling to meet my client's busy lives! Reach out to discuss available appointments! I look forward to speaking with you!
Life has many challenges. It's how you grow from your past that defines who you are in life. You may feel alone, misunderstood, and unfulfilled with your life or personal relationships. Perhaps you're having intense negative emotions. People typically enter therapy when they are in distress, although it's usually the long-term and underlying struggles that concern them the most. Initially, we will work quickly to address your immediate pain and provide relief. As therapy progresses, our focus may shift so you develop more positive and enriching relationships with yourself and others. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can recognize your potential and live a meaningful life. I use evidenced-based therapy that focuses on the dynamics that impact your daily experience. We look for the behaviors, attitudes, and patterns that protected you in the past but no longer serve a purpose.
Has depression stopped you in your tracks? Has a sense of emptiness settled over you? Perhaps you feel like nothing in life is worth the effort anymore. Are you feeling “stuck” during a transitional time of your life—perhaps adjusting to a new career, new baby, relationship, or living situation? Have you recently given birth and feel overwhelmed by everything? Do you feel ashamed or embarrassed that you’re unable to manage the stress on your own? Fortunately, psychotherapy has the answers that you are looking for. With one-to-one sessions with a therapist like myself trained in treating depression, anxiety, maternal mental health concerns, and PTSD, you can learn skills to lessen depression, reduce anxiety, support postpartum mental health, heal from trauma, and find a positive way forward. I am here to offer you help through life's most difficult transitions. Talking to someone who understands is the first step in lifting you out of shame and into empowerment, so you can feel like yourself again. Hello and welcome. I'm Dr. Anthony Galati, a licensed clinical psychologist with over six years of experience working alongside individuals navigating life’s many complexities. I firmly believe that each of us is faced with our own unique challenges— chapters in the larger story or song of our lives. While no two journeys are exactly alike, we all know what it means to struggle. I also believe that one of the most powerful things we can do is allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough to share those struggles with someone who truly listens. I work from an integrative framework, recognizing that while many experiences may overlap, every individual’s lived experience is distinct. My foundation is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which helps us explore how past experiences may shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. From there, I tailor interventions to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and meaningful change. In addition to psychodynamic work, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to tailor sessions to your needs. Phone: (609) 300 - 4358
Please note: I am only accepting referrals for waitlist. With nine years experience in the field, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults to treat a variety of needs, including mental health disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, family and relationship dynamics, and adjustment to life changes/stresses. I believe everyone has the potential for healing and growth that is personally meaningful to them. I have a grounded and positive attitude in sessions, and a collaborative and strengths-based therapeutic approach. I emphasize anti-oppressive practices, and I am a gender-affirming therapist with a passion and expertise for working with transgender, non-binary, and LGBQ+ communities. I use person-centered, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy interventions to provide personalized and integrative treatment for each client. I have extensive training and experience in working with trans clients, including support with gender dysphoria and providing assessment and documentation for gender-affirming medical care. Therapy is a partnership between client and therapist on a journey of healing and transformation. As your therapist, it is a privilege to support you in gaining insight and resolution to achieve the change you want within yourself, in your relationships, and in your life. I look forward to discussing how we can work together to achieve your goals.

Your present need not be your future! Life isn’t always easy. Today you may be anxious, depressed, stuck, overwhelmed, flunking out, and/or obsessed. Tomorrow can be different. The path to a better future may involve courageously exploring emotions or it may involve learning and practicing new habits or strategies. Sometimes little changes cause dramatic results. My specialty is working with you to determine what will work best for you. To this task I bring great depth and breadth of experience. I was actually a college dropout before I became a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist after first becoming an Educational & Career Counselor & then applying my knowledge & skills on myself. I’ve been in private practice as a therapist for over 30 years, have consulted to hospitals for decades as a Clinical Neuropsychologist, taught the graduate course Neuropsychology to psychology doctoral students for 18 years, created the graduate course Nutrition, Brain and Behavior, provided lectures on neuropsychology for medical students and residents through Harvard Medical School’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and created many continuing education courses for psychologists and lectured college counselors nationwide on improving college performance. I’ve done thousands of assessments encompassing ADHD, learning disability, autism, memory disorders, executive dysfunction, anxiety disorders and depression, yet, despite this I do not think in terms of these labels. Most sessions begin with screening not to assign a diagnosis but determination of the type of psychotherapy or lifestyle changes with which you are likely to feel most comfortable. Take the first step towards a better tomorrow.
