I have worked as a school-based social worker in both a school-based mental health center and as a social work consultant, worked with soldiers and their families on military installations, and worked in outpatient mental health clinics. I provide a safe, supportive environment in which people can address difficult feelings and thoughts in order to increase self-awareness, facilitate change, and create greater ease and fulfillment in their lives.
