We are dedicated to providing patient and family-centered care. We are also dedicated to providing individualized care, as we recognize that every person has a unique need. We ensure patients are active participants in treatment. You can expect to learn about different treatment options and formulate a plan with which you are comfortable. We have a diverse clinical background that has enabled me to manage a wide variety of mental health conditions. We have trained and worked in various mental health treatment settings to include inpatient and outpatient facilities. We recognize the impact that mental health conditions can have on daily life. We work with clients who feel overwhelmed with feelings of sadness, panic, worry, fatigue, and disconnection from others. We provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to explore symptoms. Hi, I’m Jess and I am so glad you are here. Sometimes there are seasons in our lives where we feel stuck or lost, like we don’t measure up to the standards set around us. We may find ourselves struggling in our relationships, or even in old patterns of behavior we can’t seem to break. If you find yourself in this space today, I am here to help. I am honored to walk alongside clients as a compassionate listener and guide and believe in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to healing. In my work as a therapist, I utilize narrative therapy in order to assist clients in discovering how past and present experiences have shaped the story of their lives. I am also a HAES-aligned practitioner with years of experience in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders. I believe that we are wildly capable of healing and creating more true and beautiful stories for our lives- so let's get started.
I see clients for evaluation, diagnosis, assessment for medication, medication management, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. My practice is open to clients with psychiatric concerns including ADHD, depression, and anxiety. For ADHD, I do ADHD assessments as well as ADHD treatment, which includes psychotherapy that is appropriately suited to people with ADHD. I enjoy treating clients collaboratively with communication a key component to my practice. I honor my clients’ input in tailoring treatment to suit their needs, as appropriate. I listen to your concerns regarding medications, including side effects and whether there is a risk to being on your medication long-term.

Welcome! I have been practicing as a Mental Health Counselor for nearly 10 years, and it continues to be a privilege to support individuals through life’s many challenges. As someone with lived experience as an ADHDer, I know what it can feel like to be misunderstood or to move through the world feeling different. This perspective deeply informs my work. I am passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as those navigating anxiety, complex trauma, and depression. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and more at peace. Life comes with bumps and bruises, and it can sometimes feel incredibly lonely. You do not have to go through any of it alone, nor were you meant to. As humans, we are wired for connection. I am here to meet you exactly where you are and offer a space where you can grow, heal, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace. I offer free 20-minute consultation calls so you can get a sense of who I am and whether I feel like the right fit for your needs. Feel free to visit my website for more information about me and my approach.
Hi! I'm Dr. Veronica Sullivan and I'm a licensed psychologist accepting new patients living in Oregon or Washington. I have a private practice now, but much of my career was spent working as a therapist in college counseling centers. I saw undergrads and graduate students for invidual and group therapy, advised student clubs, and was a college professor. I love working with students as this is such an exciting and transformative time of life, though it can also bring some unique challenges. You don't have to go through it alone and I'd love to support you. Send me an email if you'd like a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together!
I support adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, and life transitions. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, tension in the body, difficulty resting, or a persistent sense that something is wrong even when life looks fine on the outside. You do not have to manage this alone.
I support neurodivergent, disabled, queer folks, and all of the intersections in between. Existing as ourselves, we are living in a world that is not made for us. Many experience anxiety, depression, or trauma along with their autism or ADHD. I can join you in discovering what your unique needs may be.
Have you ever had a moment, conversation, or even a look that gave made you feel felt? That felt sense of connection is what Resonance, LLC is based on. Too often, we are forced to stay on the surface level or simply don't know how to connect on a more meaningful level--perhaps because we were taught to; perhaps because of trauma; or maybe because we are afraid someone will abandon/make fun of/misunderstand us. Resonance is about feeling accompanied, being seen, heard, and mostly, felt, throughout the healing process.
Are you ready to explore a new path and navigate life’s challenges successfully? Develop a growth mindset and move towards success. Transform and become truly authentic. As your guide, I will spark your curiosity and ignite motivation. I will actively listen, offer empathetic and compassionate feedback, and encourage self-discovery through introspection. As you begin to value the process you will realize that the journey matters more than the destination. On this path you will develop a growth mindset, truly believing that you can become better and improve with time and practice. As you begin to live the life you want to live you will start embracing challenges. You might even find you enjoy them. As you start to harness the power of your mind, you’ll begin to get the results you want and move towards success. We will work together to identify your values and set incremental, and realistic goals that will lead to growth. We will develop a personalized set of tools and skills to help you better manage challenges. You will practice being comfortable making mistakes and being more open to criticism. It is often through making mistakes that we really learn. With dedication and effort you can increase self-awareness, positive thinking, and self-compassion. You will become more resilient and discover abilities you didn’t even know you possessed. Difficult experiences can lead to rich rewards. With Brainspotting and EMDR you can adaptively process trauma and emerge stronger. You will recognize your personal strength, and start to explore new possibilities. You will begin to improve your relationships, gain a greater appreciation for life, and grow spiritually. Happiness and contentment are attainable. It starts with one step.
*I am licensed in both Oregon and California, and can work with students who often travel between these two states.* When the difficult experiences from your past are still impacting you, it is hard to know what to do. You don’t feel like yourself anymore, and the people in your life are starting to notice. It’s coming out at school, in your relationships, in your mood. You might be thinking “I just want to move on with my life. Why can’t I just get over it already?” But no matter how many times you try to move on, you still feel stuck. You are not alone. I help people who have been through difficult childhood, sexual, and relationship experiences look at how their experiences have shaped them, and explore how to take back their lives from the memories that have burdened them for so long. Together, we will build a trusting relationship where you can feel safe enough to explore what happened in your life, the ways you have survived, and how to get unstuck so you can move toward a life that is ruled by you, and not by the past. I know reaching out to begin therapy can be an overwhelming experience. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation, where you can share a bit about what you would like to work on, ask me any questions you may have, and we can determine whether I might be a good fit for your needs. Please feel free to visit my website to learn more and schedule a consultation. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Hello! My name is Bukayo and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to you—not one-size-fits-all. I’ve been partnering with clients in mental health for almost a decade mostly working in community mental health settings including street medicine, crisis and urgent care settings. I have experience and enjoy working with both young people and adults, especially during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain. My approach is straightforward and supportive: I take time to really understand what’s going on, explain options clearly, and work with you to find what actually helps. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to make meaningful progress. Looking forward to partnering with you!

I provide a safe and supportive environment to work in collaboration with you to manage mood and anxiety concerns and, if you are struggling specifically with disordered eating, the support to challenge eating disorder behavior. I strive to balance this with providing honest open reflection to help meet you where you are.
