My name is Stacey (Rodenbaugh) Luczejko and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in FL and also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Bachelor's (BS) in Psychological and Social Sciences from Pennsylvania State University. I also hold two Master's Degrees from Rider University: a Master's (MA) in Counseling Services and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) Master's Degree. I have been counseling for the past 17 years in various capacities ranging from counseling in schools to counseling in the community. My counseling style is eclectic because I utilize many different therapeutic strategies based off of the needs of the individuals I am working with during the session. Some of my counseling theory styles consists of: cognitive, behavioral, person-centered, positive psychology, reality, solution-focused, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and psycho-education components. In other words, I have many ways for helping individuals to deal with their struggles or with whatever is challenging them. My approach focuses on thought processes, behaviors, and action plans. I also find ways to creatively use your interests (such as: music, hobbies, movies, and etc.) in the solution process. Most importantly, during every counseling session I strive for my clients to take away something new or something that can utilize outside of counseling in everyday life.

You’ve carried a lot — maybe more than anyone around you realizes. Trauma has a way of showing up everywhere: in your relationships, your self-esteem, your body, your thoughts. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past or stuck in patterns you desperately want to break, I want you to know that you don’t have to keep doing this alone. I believe healing happens when you’re truly supported — when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow into the warrior you are. I work with folks who are ready for something to change, even if they’re not sure what healing looks like yet. I want you to feel grounded, confident, and whole. Together, we take things at your pace. We explore old wounds with care, rebuild boundaries with clarity, and create space for you to rediscover your strength. Using trauma-informed approaches, I’ll help you gently untangle the experiences and patterns that have kept you stuck, so you can move forward with more freedom and self-compassion. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’d be honored to support you.

As an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist, I work with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences and patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we gently reprocess and “rewire” these experiences so they feel less activating, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience & peace.

Psychiatrist
Pittsburgh, PA

I've dedicated my life to understanding and caring for the mind. Childhood curiosity drew me to study at Cornell University, which ranged from the philosophy of mind to the neurobiology of behavior. In medical school, I fell in love with psychiatry because of a fascination with patients' stories and a profound respect for their unique ways of enduring them. I sought my graduate medical education at the Western Psychiatric Hospital of UPMC, one of the nation's largest and most renowned university-affiliated psychiatric hospitals. As a board-certified psychiatrist, I provide evidence-based treatment centered on your goals, strengths, and circumstances. Many people seek care for depression, anxiety, difficulties with concentration, sleep problems, stress, or a loss of motivation. While diagnostic labels can be helpful, my primary focus is understanding the factors that contribute to a person's struggles and identifying opportunities for meaningful change. Symptoms rarely arise from a single cause. They often reflect a complex interaction of physical health, sleep, relationships, life experiences, habits, and patterns of thinking. Through a careful assessment, I work to develop a clear understanding of these influences and create a practical path forward. My approach combines the latest research with a deep understanding of you as an individual. Treatment builds upon your existing strengths, interests, motivations, and life experiences to help you move toward the changes that matter most. Medication decisions are collaborative, thoughtful, and informed by both scientific evidence and your unique personal history. Your healing and growth will happen through a unique patient-doctor relationship enriched by creativity and flexibility. While there are standardized scales to guide your progress, the true measures of success will be reaching your personal goals and living a life that reflects your values.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Cherry Hill Township, NJ

Hi, I’m Liz! I’m a Licensed therapist (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Sports Social Worker - and founder of MENTL.SESH. I help people accomplish their goals, reconnect with their sense of self, boost confidence, and improve mental fitness by meeting them where they are at in their mental health journeys. Working with athletes, high performers and creatives to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and challenging life situations are my areas of specialty. Therapy should feel fulfilling and the last thing I want for my clients is for therapy to feel like a chore. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for working toward and achieving therapeutic goals, so I encourage you to feel all the feels, speak your mind, and be yourself in sessions. Therapy with me is a collaborative process and I want any clients who work with me to feel that they are heard and supported. Throughout the therapy process, we will explore both the highs and lows, whether that be through identifying thought patterns, behavioral patterns, current and past experiences, or self-care and coping skills. I'm a firm believer that healing is not linear and acknowledging the good is equally important to living your best life. I aim to have a down-to-earth, strengths-based & integrative approach and will most definitely throw in a few sports and pop culture references, thinking outside of the box, and use humor when appropriate. I received my Master’s in Social Work degree from NYU and have advanced training in, Sports Social Work interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed practice, Functional Family therapy, and more.
