“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” -Viktor Frankl Hello! I'm Kaylie (she/they). As a queer clinician, I am dedicated to providing a safe and affirming space for identity exploration, navigating coming out, and validating your queer experiences. Supporting the LGBT+ community is a central motivation for my career as a therapist. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, and I focus on supporting neurodiverse populations, including those with autism and ADHD. My goal is to help clients develop skills to navigate their environments and offer a supportive space to address the challenges they face in a world that may not always accommodate their needs. I believe that the therapeutic alliance is the cornerstone of effective therapy. Building trust and rapport is essential, and I strive to make this process both approachable and relevant to your everyday life. Recognizing that therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, I am committed to creating an environment where you feel comfortable and understood. My approach ensures that our sessions are engaging and that therapeutic concepts are seamlessly integrated into real-world applications. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existentialism, and feminist therapy into my practice. My experience spans individual, group, and family settings, and I am trained in trauma-informed care, approaching my work from a person-centered perspective. Whether you're exploring your identity, trying to build a strong sense of self, navigating anxiety and depression, or seeking support regarding neurodiversity, I am here to support you every step of the way. Hello, I am a licensed therapist in PA, and I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and burnout find deep healing and relief. I also have a passion for supporting individuals who face challenges stemming from being neurodivergent (such as autism, ADHD, AuDHD, etc.) in a neurotypical world. In our work together, we will explore how past experiences show up as current struggles, such as anxiety and depression. Through this process, you will build confidence, find healing, and develop greater compassion for yourself.
I provide comprehensive treatment for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD and various other mental health conditions. Psychiatry is a unique field in medical practice and listening to our patients is the key to understanding their needs. We aim to understand you, not just medicate you. The primary focus is on adults between the ages of 20 and 60 who are motivated to make healthy changes in their life, to learn about their condition and to grow in the process. Although medications do play a central role sessions often involve a deeper exploration of the patient's life issues that may be playing a key role. The focus is patient centered mental health. Several conditions are beyond the scope of our practice. Patients with eating disorders, psychosis, body image distortions, gender dysphoria and substance use issues are often referred to more specialized centers. Parenting or custody evaluations are also outsourced as are disability evaluations. I do not participate with any third party insurance carriers. Payment for appointments is expected at the session. The 90 min evaluation is $250, follow-ups are $150. Most forms of payment are accepted. The frequency of appointments varies depending on the complexity of the presentation and patient needs.
My practice is focused on helping unique individuals understand and accept themselves and engage in healthy relationships while still maintaining individuality. My areas of specialty include: anxiety, religious trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, chronic illness, and issues specific to creatives and highly sensitive people. I offer video sessions on in-person sessions in Ardmore, PA.

There are 4 Minuteclinic therapists in Pennsylvania, available via telehealth or in person, 365 days a year. All of us are licensed, experienced, caring, and motivated to help you get back to thriving. In particular, about me: I am the therapist in Jenkintown. I try to use experiential methods (such as IFS, Internal Family Systems) so that therapy isn't 'just talk'. But if you just want a good compassionate listener, I can do that too. I might be a good choice for you if your situation is complicated, if your feelings are very intense, or if this is your first time reaching out for therapy and you want to make sure it's a good experience (or if you've had bad experiences in therapy before and you want to make sure it's different this time.) Feel free to contact me to see if I'm right for you. Best wishes, Su Siegelman LCSW

Are you constantly on the go and can’t seem to relax and just be? Are you using social media, TV, food, or alcohol to numb difficult feelings? When there is an inner struggle we distract, keep busy, avoid, or numb in an attempt to make the discomfort go away. Individual Therapy provides an opportunity for a deeper understanding of our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. In our work together I will provide a safe space for exploration and growth. Hi, I’m Pamela. I have worked in this field in varied settings for the last 10 years. I have extensive clinical experience with issues relating to trauma and complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relational struggles, and parenting.
You're not going crazy! The stress of our early 20's and college years is woefully underestimated. It is often the time when we will experience our first serious bout of depression, or paralyzing anxiety. You may have managed to keep some of this at bay through high school, but now you feel like you've hit a wall - just when you were "supposed to be" independent. I specialize in empowering young women to navigate this period of transition with clarity, insight, and choice. It is often said that crisis creates opportunity. Now is your opportunity. Let's talk!
Do emotions take over and exhaust you? Have people marveled at how resilient you are or mentioned your sensitivity as a liability? Maybe you sometimes wonder if you’re the only one who is seeing the hurt and pain all around. It’s likely you have figured out how to adapt to what the world wants you to be. You present the part of yourself that is widely accepted by your community and our social systems, but what about the rest of YOU? We always hear that college is the best days of our lives, but it is also a time a self discovery. That discovery process can be painful, and I can help. I guide young adults to connect to their inherent worth, power, and self-compassion. I work collaboratively with clients and draw from an expansive toolbox including body-oriented practices, talk therapy, and expressive arts. I am well suited to work with clients who are interested in mindfulness meditation and other body-based exercises to be the center of their therapeutic experience. My scope of practice includes anxiety, grief, burn-out, persistent depression, relational stressors, survivors of sexual trauma, and those navigating life as an artist. I align with clients whose identities and values defy society's conventional norms. My practice is trauma-informed, and I am dedicated to an anti-oppression, anti-racist, body positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming and equitable lens.
Sometimes there comes a point in our lives when we realize that we haven't been living fully and with intention. This awareness can stem from a traumatic event, a betrayal, a stressful life transition (good or bad) or simply an aha moment. It is at this point we have a choice, continue as we always have, or do something different. Unfortunately we don't always know what that "something different" is and need help unlocking the possibilities and potential that have always been within us. Hi and welcome! My name is Jodi Silverman and I am a holistic integrative practitioner with the goal of holding safe space for your healing, learning and growth. As a fellow human and a consciousness guide, I am passionate about supporting people in their journey to find meaning, purpose and connection in life through learning to trust their own intuition. I do this through a variety of psycho-spiritual and transpersonal approaches including psychotherapy, energy healing and embodied mindfulness. Although I am trained in several evidence based treatments, I rely on intuition and the collaborative relationship between us to guide interventions and approaches.

At Truth Center for Health and Healing we've learned the importance of the connection with ourselves and the relationships around us. Often times, feelings of depression, anxiety, and difficulties within relationships are triggered from previous experiences/ traumas that cause us to be “stuck” in unhealthy patterns of living. We believe in connecting with each client through exploring their current living patterns that have them in unhealthy relationships, making poor decisions and/or struggling to maintain daily living. We work collaboratively with clients to empower them to create new patterns in their relationships and in life to get “unstuck”. We believe once you have been able to explore your past relationships/traumas, you will be able to begin healing from past hurts, connect more with your authentic self and feel empowered to work towards improving your current and future relationships.
