Hi, I’m Nancy Harvey, LPC. I work with students who are juggling a lot — academics, relationships, identity shifts, family stress, or just the weight of trying to hold everything together. My approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. I focus on helping you understand what you’re feeling, why it makes sense, and what you can actually do to feel better. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, I meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels manageable. Therapy with me feels like having someone in your corner who is honest, thoughtful, and truly invested in your growth. You don’t have to carry everything alone — I’m here to help.
This space is yours—a place where we can talk openly, without judgment, and work together to understand what’s going on and how to move forward in a way that feels right for you. In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to learn about your background and goals, and you can ask me anything about how I work or what to expect from therapy. There's no pressure to share everything all at once—this is your process, and we’ll go at your pace. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported.

Hi! I’m Katharine. I’m a LCPC now offering video sessions for clients just like you. I help people-pleasers remove fear and dread from their choices so they can FINALLY become CONFIDENT and pursue their real dreams. Your future is in your own hands and that’s empowering. We all have to retool our efforts, pivot and re-pivot over time if we hope to be continually successful. What worked for you when you when you were 20 is probably not working any more I’ll be in your corner while we figure out what new approaches would work best for you . I like to share outside resources from readings to videos to ideas from all over the web and from the best psychiatrists that have ever lived. Ramir's Counseling Center of Hope was created by a Licensed Professional Counselor who had a vision to encourage, motivate and provide access to tools needed to overcome current circumstances. Ramir stands for Rising Above My Inner Rival. Ramir is confirmation that we can accomplish anything regardless of the opposition we face. On March 7, 2018 the Ramir's Counseling Center of Hope, PLLC was established and confirmation was received that the storm was not meant to last always. As a child, mental health was present in my family and thus prepared me for the dynamics of not only the diagnosis but more importantly the person and those that surround them. Growing up, I played a part and everyone was treated the same regardless of their mental status, pill count, change in mood, IQ, anxiety level or temporary isolation that would occur. We, as a family, understood what it would take to maintain our family. My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to provide an environment that reciprocates what my family and community offered. There is no special formula that can erase your situation but there is a way to get through it. The Inner Rival is the battle we have within, which is usually hidden from the world. Although at times, what we are facing is situational, it has an effect on us internally. The purpose of Ramir's Counseling Center of Hope, PLLC, is to work with each client to expose, address and conquer whatever that may be. So, I ask, are you ready? Below you will find my educational background. Education: University of North Texas Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Minor in Social Science Certificate in Substance Abuse Studies Amberton University Master of Arts in Professional Counseling *I am a Therapist licensed to practice in the state of Texas.

The number one complaint I hear from my clients about past experiences with therapy is how impersonal and detached their experience felt. They craved more warmth, and a vested interest from their therapist in their growth — an ideal mixture of sincerity, kindness, advocacy, and accountability. Tailor-made for women, my approach weaves together all of these elements, creating a container that provides powerful and life-changing results. A sense of feeling safe, seen, and understood takes precedence over “fixing things,” since I don’t buy into the belief that any of us are broken to begin with. So, if you’re struggling with things like high anxiety, low-self worth, or simply feeling lost, then you’ve come to the right place. Together, we will work to break past your limiting behaviors and create space for self-compassion, deep emotional healing, and enriching relationships.
