“Why am I like this?” Not enough... too much...! You’ve always felt misunderstood by the people closest to you, and here you are AGAIN attempting to find a therapist that gets you. The more you're misunderstood by others, the more you lose touch with yourself. A new medication, googling life's problems, scrolling your fyp for answers to why life seems to hate you. Your relationships are shallow and dissatisfying... more like... nonexistent. It's hard to connect when you are deep and different. Life is fucking lonely. You’re ready to start liking yourself. Fear won't hold you back from working through the hard shit anymore! I want you to know that your idea of your ideal life is what matters to me most. I value authenticity, transparency, and humanness in my office, because your "weird" isn't really that weird at all! I specialize in working with misunderstood rebels and rule benders who want to be SEEN for who they really are rather than what others want them to be.

All of our clinicians have previous professional experience and are very passionate about servicing individuals that struggle with anxiety, concerns, grief, depression and life stressors. Bottling up or stuffing down emotions can be so overwhelming to teen girls and women, especially in today’s social climate. The people that you love the most are not always equipped to support you in ways that you need and deserve. Social stigma that most people have about therapy can deter you from seeking the help that you need and deserve. I am here to help you navigate the spaces that appear difficult. Therapy helps provide a safe, non judgemental and confidential space to talk about the challenges you would like to process. Whether you have anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, together we will come up with a plan to discover your strengths so you can live your best life. Help me help you, become a better version of yourself. Life is not easy, but it is easier when you have the right help and support.

I believe that you are the expert on your own story. Creating a safe, warm, and affirming space for clients to come as they are without judgment is of utmost importance to me as a therapist. I want you to feel that you are known, seen, and heard – by entering your story with a sense of curiosity and understanding. I enjoy working with clients who have specific goals that they would like to accomplish in therapy – but if you’ve never experienced this before or don’t know where to begin, that’s okay too. We’ll work together to find your expertise, implement techniques you can take outside of our sessions, and start to fulfill your dreams. As someone who has been on the other side of the counseling room, I know firsthand how imperative it is to connect and vibe with your counselor. If I’m not a good fit for you, I’ll refer you to another therapist who might be. I provide both in-person and Telehealth sessions. My out-of-pocket fee is $125. I am willing to slide my fee to $75 a session in order to meet the needs at hand. I graduated in August 2021 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. My practice is informed by a blend of Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m developing clinical expertise in writing letters for gender-affirming surgery, sexual and gender identity issues, couples therapy, and a variety of mental illnesses. I’m passionate about empowering people to become who they truly are so that they can achieve the goals and dreams they have for themselves. I also enjoy finding the best taco places around, dancing, traveling the world, and spending quality time with friends. I’d love to spend time with you and hear your story.
